This means that within a 24 hour period, you are eligible to receive a free sample packet with one order. Why is this? This is because of our free sample shipping offer, a situation has developed where we are seeing a pattern where customers are placing multiple orders in a row with free sample shipping instead of placing one single order- so that they can receive free sample packets in each order. This is not only taking advantage of our offer, but it is forcing us to incur additional, costly shipping charges on our bill- when it should have been a single order.
